Sarah Olsen

my training

• I have extensive experience in Life Coaching. I have been coached by Fiona Harrold (often quoted as the UK’s Top Life Coach) and trained by Curly Martin at Achievement Specialists (often quoted as the market leader in Life Coaching training).

• I’m an advanced Level 3 EFT practitioner.

• I am a Reiki Master, qualified to give treatments and to teach Reiki.

• I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis.

my background

• I am committed to helping people get from where they are now to where they want to be, bringing in any relevant aspects of my background and experience into my work.
• I have a very practical background as a Chartered Accountant and I have worked successfully in practice and in industry.
• I have also taught courses in the UK and abroad.
• I have lived in Germany and Italy and I speak both languages.
• I have a passion for horse riding, dancing, skiing, travel, good food and for self development generally along with Coaching, EFT, Reiki - and all things which improve the quality of people’s lives and the amount of fun you can have!
• I am based near York and live with my husband and son.
