I have a Diploma in Life Coaching. I have been coached by Fiona Harrold (often quoted as the UK’s Top Life Coach) and trained by Curly Martin at Achievement Specialists (often quoted as the market leader in Life Coaching training).

I’m a qualified Level 2 EFT practitioner trained by Gwyneth Moss (www.emotional-health.co.uk).
Qualified at Reiki Level 2.
Certified Master Hypnotist.
I have practised and taught meditation for several years.
I am a member of AAMET (the Association for the Advancement of Energy Meridian Techniques), of Achievement Specialists and of the SWA (Spiritual Workers Association).

As a Chartered Accountant, before becoming a coach and therapist, I worked successfully in practice and in industry.

I’ve taught courses in self development in the UK and abroad, including Positive Living, Self Esteem and Meditation.
