Self hypnosis can be used to deepen your level of relaxation and give you the ability to relax deeply when you need to.
These are highly effective techniques which help to dissolve stress and tension and restore equilibrium.
Four sessions are recommended to build up momentum and put positive
changes into practice and one-off sessions are also possible.
